We are thrilled to bring Florence Night Out (FNO) back in 2022! Mark your calendars for  September 24th, and get ready for another magical evening of local art, dance, music, films, crafts, activities, and delicious food. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been dreaming up and to bring the arts block party back even better than before.

As in past years, we’ll close Main Street to vehicle traffic from 4-7pm and fill it with art installations, music stages, interactive exhibits, family-friendly activities and our amazing Florence community. FNO programming will extend along Maple, North Maple and Main Streets, and all events are FREE and open to the public. After the street party, we invite you to join us for a ticketed event at Bombyx Center for Arts & Equity for more performances from 7-9pm. Of course, the whole evening will take place with COVID-safe protocols in place. 

The success of our event is due to the amazing collaboration, community-spirit, and generosity of our local businesses. Support like yours allows us to dream big and pull together the amazing artists, performers, and collaborators that make Florence Night Out such an extraordinary community festival.

BECOME AN UNDERWRITER

Underwrite a stage, sponsor a performer, or bring a popular activity to the event. A full listing of sponsorship options and benefits is attached. We welcome your creative ideas too. PARTICIPATE

Keep your business open during the event. Why not offer specials for the evening, serve food on the street, or promote your business to attendees by hosting an activity? Last year, FNO brought over 5000 people to downtown Florence. Some successful examples have included: beer and wine tastings, special menus, craft demonstrations, free chair massages, corn hole, free bicycle valet, and activities for children. 

This year, we will have at least three pop-up art installations or sculptures spaced throughout downtown Florence. Each work will be accompanied by a plaque and will remain in place for two weeks as part of a self-guided walking tour. Sponsoring businesses receive credit beyond the festival day as art lovers and visitors come to discover the work. The art installation would be installed at your place of business or at an approved site with a plaque signifying your sponsorship.

VOLUNTEER

Add to the value of your sponsorship by volunteering. We are looking for help in the following areas:

  • Set up and tear down
  • Greeting visitors at the Information Tent
  • Helping artists, musicians, and vendors get situated
  • Parking bicycles at the bike valet
  • Assisting with activities such as jump rope and bag making
  • Taking photographs and videos

We will be knocking it out of the park again this year with our marketing, which will include: the FNO Website, promotion on Facebook and Instagram, printed posters, programs, press releases to local media, and radio shout outs.
